How do I order services?
You may order your services over the phone, by fax or by email. We require a $200 non-refundable deposit in order to reserve the vehicle.
When should I book my services?
As soon as you have finalized the dates the transportation services will be needed, we recommend that you start your reservation. This will place the buses you need on hold for your group. Your contract will have a revision and cancellation policy for you to sign. Up until that time you will be able to make changes to your order, space available.
I have my confirmation. Can I still make changes? Will I lose my reservation?
You are renting your vehicle for a specific time and date. Other customers may use the same bus in the same day. We will try to accommodate your request when possible to change your charter time as long as the change does not move in to another customers rental time period. Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to adjust your reservation. We will check the schedule for your service day and re-confirm the changes or denial to you.
How much does renting a bus charter cost or other fleet vehicle?
Charter bus and fleet vehicle pricing varies based on the distances, times of pick-up and drop-off and type of trip that you specify to us. Please check out our Request a Quote page to get a FREE, no obligation quote on your event transportation needs.
What are fuel surcharges?
Fuel surcharges up to 30 miles for a transfer and 60miles round trip are included. Our professional reservationists will notify you if there are additional fuel surcharges.
Is sales tax included in the rates?
There is no sales tax on charter services in Illinois. There is although a $9 STC charge and it is already included in our rates.
When do my charges start and end?
For charter service your charges start at the time the bus is picking up and end when the bus is released from service. For transfer service your charges are based upon travel time and distance.
Can I bring food and refreshments on the bus?
Yes, we welcome you to bring water, soft drinks and snacks in the bus for longer trips. Sanitation/cleanup fee of $250 will be charged if vomiting occurs or if the vehicle is left dirty by any member of the party in the vehicle.
Is alcohol and/or smoking allowed on board?
Smoking is not allowed on any of the vehicles at any time. Alcohol, on the other hand, is allowed on our vehicles. Glass bottles, glass cups or Styrofoam coolers are not allowed on our vehicles. Sanitation/cleanup fee of $250 will be charged if vomiting occurs or if the vehicle is left dirty by any member of the party in the vehicle.
Do your vehicles have heat and air conditioning?
Yes all of our vehicles have heat and air conditioning.
Can I charge my services to my credit card?
We accept all major credit cards, checks and cash. Cash and checks must be received 14 days prior to the date of your event.
How much time is allowed to complete a one-way transfer?
We allow 60 minutes for a one-way transfer. If your transfer requires more than 60 minutes additional charges may apply.
How Far Can A Driver Drive in a Day?
Various rules are in place to make sure that a driver is following Department of Transportation guidelines for hours of service. You should keep the idea of 10 hours and 500 Miles as a rough guideline. Our Account Executives will be able to look at your specific itinerary to help ensure you stay within the guidelines for travel.
Am I responsible for reserving a room for my chauffer for overnight trips?
It is the responsibility of the client to book a room for the driver.
Are you able to get buses that have handicap accessibility?
Yes. We have access to buses with ADA accessibility available. Please request that option of your Account Executive at time of booking.
Are additional stops allowed?
Extra charges will apply for any extra stops for point to point and airport drop offs / pick-ups. Charges may vary from $5-$30 for each stop. Please mention your stops at the time of your reservation.
What is your cancellation policy?
Your $200 deposit is nonrefundable. We require cancellation 7 days in advance. If you cancel less than 7 days from your date of service you are required to pay full amount charged at the time of booking.
Do you own your buses or are you a broker?
We own all of our vehicles.
